In 2011, Architexas provided a conditions assessment and a phased rehabilitation master plan that included a cost estimate for the historic 1947 Grand Lodge of Texas.
In 2015, Architexas was requested to complete a programming study and provide architectural services through Design Development. Architexas worked with the brethren of the Grand Lodge to develop a three phase project that included a complete renovation of the basement level, which provided a new banquet hall as well as updated systems throughout the building in phase 1, an interior restoration of the ground level and second level in phase 2, and an exterior restoration in phase 3.
