Grapevine City Hall

Grapevine, Texas
Architexas designed the Grapevine City Hall to be a compatible and appropriate contributing element in the late 19th century historic context of downtown Grapevine. The City Hall consolidated three separate office locations for City Hall staff, council chambers and other City departments. Architexas provided site analysis and site selection services and conducted an intensive user study, which included interviewing each department head and each staff member, to create the program for the building. The project won a Golden Trowel Award by the United Masonry Contractors Association.

In 2023, the City of Grapevine asked Architexas to renovate the lobby of their City Hall. When complete, the renovation will include reimagined and expanded service counters to better serve the public and provide privacy and security for the City staff, new work areas replacing hard-file storage, upgraded LED lighting systems, and a new entry vestibule. Architexas is pleased to continue our decades-long relationship with the City of Grapevine, completing our 12th project for the City over the last three decades.
