Lake Cliff Park

Architexas provided a restoration master plan for the 1940s Lake Cliff Park – Rose Garden. Lake Cliff Park, located in Oak Cliff, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is designated a City of Dallas Historic District.
The restoration master plan included a survey of Rose Garden planting, paving, shelter and fountain to determine current conditions, research to determine the implemented historic design of the garden, recommendations for areas in need of restoration and modifications as well as code compliance and ADA accessibility compliance. Architexas completed the second phase of work for Lake Cliff Park in 2009. Some of the repairs included the historic benches, tables, Rose Garden fountain, the entry gate, and the picnic shelters.
