Meadows Building

Architexas prepared an historic building assessment report to the Meadows Building, constructed in 1955 as Dallas’ first suburban high rise office building. Ongoing services include City of Dallas and National Register Landmark nominations, Texas Historic Preservation Tax Credit consultation, and zoning assistance. Architexas is consulting with the owner’s architect in developing an appropriate rehabilitation approach for the building as well as providing architectural services on the renovation of the site, exterior facade and interior formal lobbies.
