At Architexas, Isaiah has been assisting with the production of design and construction documents for the Milam County Health Building. He looks forward to beginning the process to become a licensed architect. Isaiah enjoys living in San Antonio with his wife, daughter, and five dogs.
At Architexas, Jack is coordinating the project management, design documentation and construction administration for the Ellis County Sub-court Precinct Two in Waxahachie, Texas, a new construction project. Jack will also be project managing the University of Texas lighting and electrical renovations at historic Battle Hall and West Main Building and project managing the historic Carriage House renovation at the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center.
With a passion for conservation development, Jack is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and supports the preservation of native greenspace with the Hill Country Conservancy. Jack’s hometown is San Marcos, Texas, and he lives today with his family in Lakeway, Texas in a home he renovated that was designed by the late Charles Tapley, FAIA. In his spare time, Jack supports his daughter in Western horseback events, composes music, makes art, designs furniture, and hikes with his dogs wherever leashes are optional.
At ArchiTexas, Luis is currently working on the Denton City Hall West - renovation and preservation of the landmark building through analysis and research to incorporate modern material and technique preserving the essence of the original building design; and the Center for Fiction at DalPark Building - readapting commercial use building to bring a space for creative writing and reading in the heart of Downtown Dallas.
Luis has actively participated in college fairs around Dallas-Fort Worth in coalition with Richland college to inspire and advocate minorities to attend college and Architecture major. In addition, He became an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Arlington, teaching architecture and design through principles, techniques, case studies and technology innovation.
In addition, she has managed multiple high end new construction and residential renovation projects working with the historic preservation council and city managers for historic approval most notably the Ridge Oak Residence featured on the 2019 AIA Homes Tour.
With over 15 years of experience, Delia works to combine the vision of her clients, expertise of consultants and local jurisdictional regulations into a unique and elegant design. She works to provide clients with drawings that are collaborative, thoughtful and logical, schedules that are feasible, and projects that are cherished.
