Architexas prepared a Master Plan for the 1868 historic St. Paul Lutheran Church and site in Serbin, Texas in the summer of 2009. Architexas completed the initial phase of rehabilitation following the Level I Critical Rehabilitation Recommendations listed in the Master Plan, in 2011. The project included foundation repair, interior concrete slab replacement, exterior and interior masonry wall and stucco repair, water management and drainage, addition of outside fresh air to HVAC system, fire alarm system, and window restoration or replacement.
