Architexas was awarded a 2017 Preservation Dallas Preservation Achievement Award for our work on the Gables McKinney Routh Townhomes in Uptown Dallas.

Stephanie Meeks, President and CEO of the National Trust for Historic Preservation was the keynote speaker for the awards dinner and discussed what Dallas is doing right in terms of preservation, what we could be doing better, and the impending fate of Fair Park.
