Architexas is providing full architectural services and tax credit consulting services for the rehabilitation and adaptive use of the historic Fine Arts Theater in the historic downtown square of Denton, Texas. The restored theater will serve as a multi-purpose venue incorporating cinema, live music and theater performances. The final design will result in a venue that complements the historic design and meets modern needs, while adhering to the standards allowing use of state and federal tax incentives for historic rehabilitation.
