Graves Building
Cuero, Texas
Architexas is overseeing the exterior restoration and interior remodel of the Graves Dry Goods Building on Cuero’s historic Main Street. This historic building has served many functions for Cuero citizens throughout its history. Modification after modification to the building eroded its structural integrity, eventually leading to the collapse of a load-bearing masonry wall on the interior. Currently, the building is stabilized with steel shoring while Architexas and their team of consultants plan the rehabilitation and complete the construction documents. Construction is expected to begin first quarter of 2024.
