Richardson City Hall

This project was initiated by the City of Richardson with the purpose of preparing a building program for the Richardson Public Library along with planning recommendations for the City Hall and Civic Campus. Creating transformative change to the City of Richardson’s Civic Campus and facilities was the goal of the architectural master planning exercise for the existing 23-acre civic campus. Services included programming, master planning, structural and MEP assessments, as well as cost estimating for renovation of existing buildings as well as new construction.
