BisNow | Spurred By Upcoming TEXRail Line, Mixed-Use Transit-Oriented Development Coming To Grapevine

A $105M mixed-use project is springing up in Grapevine. Grapevine Main will consist of a four-story building with a grand hall, including food and retail outlets, office and meeting space, a six-story, 120-room boutique hotel; a train station; and a 38K SF outdoor public plaza. A 140-foot-tall clock tower and observation deck will be the signature piece of the project at 815 South Main St. in Grapevine’s historic downtown district.
